Fujifilm x100v
The X100V embodies the whole idea of one camera, one lens. To not have to think about what combination of body and lenses I’m going to bring with me is a relief and helps me to focus on the act of observing and having fun taking photos.
Fujifilm X-T5
The X-T5 is a pleasant change from other brands of cameras as it has real, dedicated single-purpose individually marked dials for shutter speed, ISO and exposure compensation. It’s just a pleasure to hold.

iPhone 16 Pro Max
Each year the image quality from a camera phone just gets better and better and with ProRAW and a 48mp on the iPhone the quality is just amazing.
MacBook Pro Max 14in M2
My favourite MacBook was the beautiful fanless MacBook 12in. For my business travels at the time it was perfect. My gorgeous MacBook Air M2 was handed to my Son for him to pursue his photographic journey so I took the opportunity to buy a highly spec’d MacBook Pro.
Benq 27in SW271
Pre the Pandemic of 2019 I would process all my images on this beautiful monitor now I primarily use it for managing my catalogue and printing only.
Apple iPad Pro 12.9in
For image processing I tend to use my iPad Pro with the Apple pencil instead of sitting at my desk. I don’t have time to spend hours on every image. Since I work from home, the last thing I want to do is sit back in the same spot I have just been for the past 8 hours.
EPSON P800 Surecolor
Photography belongs on paper, however the wife needed a little convincing that this beast was necessary. Our home is now filled with large images that we can swap out at any time and the wife is now happy.
