Ultimo

This is a dense suburb with mostly apartments, and some rowhouse-style terraces.  It's a hub for technology, media, and startups, and is home to the University of Technology Sydney. It boasts the highest density of startups of anywhere else in Australia and is a central pillar of the NSW Government's Tech Central precinct.
